Chiropractic

Derek Rice, D.C.
Chiropractor

As a chiropractor, Dr. Rice took the oath to do the best for his patients that he possibly can. What this means is that he will do everything in his power to make you feel better and have a more productive and healthy life naturally. Because of this philosophy, Dr. Rice utilizes different techniques including but not limited to, Applied Kinesiology, and the standard of chiropractic — the chiropractic adjustment. The chiropractic adjustment is a specific thrust on a specific part of the body or extremity that will decrease pressure on the corresponding nerve.

Dr. Rice's personal philosophy is to do everything in his abilities to help your problem, whatever it may be. If Dr. Rice doesn't think he can help you he'll let you know. While working with Dr. Rice, if he feels that you need another type of therapy, he will let you know that too.

Massage Therapy

Becky Harmon C.M.T.
Massage Therapist

Becky is a Certified Massage Therapist. She received her certification from the Colorado School of Healing Arts on June 17, 2005. While at CSHA, Becky decided to take extra study and receive her certificate in Trauma Touch Therapy on May 18, 2006. Through Becky's own personal experiences, she felt this was the perfect way to help people heal.

Trauma Touch Therapy helps the client release trauma stored in the body. This therapy rarely looks like a massage and uses descriptive word pictures to help identify the problem areas and release the trauma from the body. Trauma Touch Therapy is a course of ten sessions with each building on the one before.

Becky also enjoys practicing therapeutic massage therapy with people healing from auto accidents and repetitive motion injuries like wrist problems, shoulder problems and many other muscle problems. For example, a client with weakness in the hands and wrists was improved after several sessions with Becky to a fully functioning state.

Jerry Munson
Certified PUSH Therapist/Massage Therapy

Jerry Munson graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts with over 1500 hours of massage training. He has advanced training in PUSH Muscle Therapy and Neuromuscular massage (pain management), Sports (performance and rehab enhancement), and Reflexology (use of pressure points on the feet and hands to relax and rebalance the body).

He is a member of the Rocky Mountain Sports Team and has participated, as a massage therapist, in the Triple Bypass Bicycle Tour, the Bicycle Tour of Colorado and Ride the Rockies.

His philosophy is to help your body heal itself naturally, without drugs, through bodywork. And because he is confident you will love the results of his natural bodywork, he offers a satisfaction guarantee. If, at the end of a session with Jerry, you are not completely satisfied, your session will be free.
